During the COVID-19 pandemic, as communities faced unprecedented hardship, Nonprofit For Good (NFG) took decisive action. Partnering with RAOK Army (Random Acts Of Kindness Army), a grassroots movement fueled by social media’s call to action, and joined by the Subic Bay Centennial Lions Club (SBCLC) as boots on the ground, along with generous donors across Canada and the USA, NFG launched a market-style feeding program that preserved dignity while delivering essential aid.
Witnessing hardworking families struggle under strict lockdowns, we sourced rice directly from local farmers for $1/kg and secured bulk essentials from trusted suppliers. This initiative became the foundation of NFG’s mission—to provide vital aid in times of crisis.
